Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will directly contribute to the quality of services delivered to our partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and coordinating international transports (import, export, transit)
- Identifying and configuring the most efficient transport solutions for each shipment
- Negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and logistics partners
- Communicating professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitoring transport performance and ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient operational workflow
Requirements
We are looking for a well-prepared specialist, oriented toward performance and results:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding, especially road transport
- Solid PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage (English / French / German)
